Admission Policies
Priorities for Admission
The priorities for admission subject to availability of seats will be as under :
- Children of serving Army personnel including DSC (Ex-Army), children of Army widows and children of those TA personnel who have a minimum of 5 years embodied service.
- Children of Ex-Army personnel retired/invalided out on medical grounds with pension, DSC personnel retired with pension from DSC.
- Children of serving Air Force, Naval and Coast Guard personnel.
- Children of retired Air Force, Naval and Coast Guard personnel.
- Children of Ex-Army personnel who left Army with less than 10 years of service and not categorized as ESM.
- Children of civilians paid out of Defence Estimates, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), MES, GREF, TA (when not embodied).
- Grand children of serving/retired Army Personnel.
- Other children.
Age Limit
For Admission The student should have completed the under-mentioned to Class years of age on 31 March of the year in which admission is sought

Notes:
- The table above shall not be applicable if a student arrives on transfer from a CBSE recognized school with an age not matching the ages given above. Admission Rules 85.
- For Differently Abled Children. For admission to Class I the maximum age limit as on 31 Mar would be 7 years which can further be relaxed by the Principal. Age for all other classes will be calculated accordingly.
- For the purpose of this clause it is clarified that those born on 01 Apr of the year shall be considered to have completed the age on 31 Mar of the same year.
Fee Payment Procedure
- Open any browser and type www.apsdigicamps.com in the address bar and press enter. OR click on the menu Online Fees Payment Under Fees Menu in our website where you will be directed to www.apsdigicamps.com
- Click on login button.
- You can see 8 modules click on ‘student’ module and login to your account using User Name(i.e. Your Admission No.), Date of Birth(As per Records) and Password(i.e. ‘password’ in small letter for new students) or the password as created for the existing users.

Now you will receive OTP for the first time in your mobile No. registered with school. You must
Change your password after first login. (It is MANDATORY for security reasons).

Now check whether the student name and admission number showing is correct or not. If correct
then go to FEE and click on PAY.
- Select Quarter upto which you want to pay and click on Online Payment. Now proceed with Payment (Through Card or Internet Banking.
